Who does not needs to file (Exceptions)

· Payments made by credit card or PayPal: If you made a payment to a vendor or contractor using a credit card or PayPal, you generally do not need to issue a 1099 form. This is because the credit card company or PayPal is responsible for reporting
· Payments to State/Counties/Government bodies

· March 31st: Deadline for filing electronic copies of Form 1099-MISC with the IRS.
